Group Fitness Training

Our structured, progressive training program is designed to develop proper technique over time. Athletes are introduced to fundamental SAQ principles, and as they progress, we gradually refine their form, efficiency, and movement mechanics.

Sessions are carefully programmed to target key muscle groups while maintaining a strong emphasis on core strength, proper biomechanics, and injury prevention. We understand that perfect form isn’t achieved overnight, which is why we focus on incremental improvement, ensuring that athletes develop proper movement patterns safely and effectively.

Training Expectations

Our sessions are designed for high intensity and structured execution, with pre-planned programming to maximize efficiency. Athletes are expected to:

  • Give 100% effort in every session.
  • Ask questions if they need clarification.
  • Leave each session feeling accomplished and having given their best effort.


To maintain focus and maximize learning, parental guidance is not permitted during the session. However, parents will have full visibility of their athlete’s progress from designated viewing areas.

This program is built for young athletes who want to enhance their performance, develop critical movement skills, and gain a competitive edge.

Each 75-minute session is designed for peak performance development and always concludes with:

Stability & Core Work – Reinforcing foundational strength and injury prevention
Competition – Encouraging mental resilience, confidence, and a winning mindset through friendly yet intense challenges

Whether competing against a training partner during drills or striving to win the final challenge of the session, our athletes learn to push past limitations and develop an unshakable belief in their abilities.

We Offer Packages For Our Fitness Sessions

We offer packages for 5-20 sessions to save on our training classes. Packages expire after 3 months of purchase and can be used between siblings.
